As black woman I felt that they weren't enough magazines which portrait and related to me at all. All black people want to be represented in the media and I started this magazine to empower us all. The newer generation don't have enough to look up to look up to. My son loves magazine and books but he doesn't see enough of himself, literally have to order books that are customized by us the parents to look like our children.

Be Nero Magazine, Nero which is black is French means Be Black, be you don't let anyone make you suppress yourself to fit into the world, you made that way by God so change it. Just pray, shine and Be Black! You are amazing and beautiful just the way you are.
